Using Confluence Fields with JIRA SD Customer Portal

It is possible to use Confluence fields with JIRA customer portal:


As your customers will most likely have no access to your Confluence instance you need to have As Definer option checked for a field you are using with customer portal. Please refer to Confluence Field Configuration for details:


You can add a Confluence custom field to your customer portal using Project administration page:


Click Add field, then select your Confluence field and click Apply:
